The main activity of our tourist agency is renting and mediating private rooms, houses found in the North side of Lake Balaton. We offer them in Alsóörs, a village on the shore of  Lake Balaton, in Lovas (2 Km far from Lake Balaton), in Felsõörs (4 Km far from Lake Balaton) and in Királyszentistván 9 Km far from Lake Balaton.

We also offer organised visit tours in Budapest, and organise Nordic Walking tours in the nearby. We rent bicycles, and organise bike excursions.

You are allowed to pay 20% of the total sum in advance. Once the payment in advance is done, an official confirmation is sent back affirming the amount paid as advance, the remaining amount to be paid and the exact address of the desired accommodation. Your are allowed to pay the remaining amount by the owner at your arrival.

Accommodations are available from 2 o’clock pm

Accommodations should be left by 10 o’clock am

All eventual changes have to be discussed with the owner.

Our prices do not include the tourist tax. It varies between 200 and 400 Ft/person./night for people beyond 18. It has to be paid to the owner.

We offer a discount for children aged between 0-12 : 4 Euro/night.

N.B.: Our prices do not include the extra costs for pets, heating, or for the end-of-the-year holiday period.

Rules of cancellation:

• In case of cancellation made earlier than 60 days the total amount paid as advance is reimbursed
• In case of cancellation made between the 59th-30th days the 50 % of the amount paid as advance is reimbursed
• In case of cancellation made between the 29th-15th days the 25 % of the amount paid as advance is reimbursed
• No reimbursement in case of cancellation made between the 14th-0 days

Should any difficulties or problems in connection with the accommodation you booked in advance before your arrival crop up, we will immediately let you know about it, and offer a similar one. Of course, our guests are not obliged to accept it; and if that is the case, the total amount will be reimbursed by our agency.

Any damage, break in the furniture or accessories owing to improper use is due to be paid to the owner before leaving.
